About Us

Why we do what we do

As a working mother of four, I often needed help with my children or home. However, I was overwhelmed by websites which were either listing hundreds of potential childcare professionals or asking me to register and pay a fee. Each time I was stressed and in need, I never seemed to get anywhere. This frustration led to my setting up my own childcare and home rescue service which ensures the frazzled mum (or dad) only needs to call one number. The main aim of our service is to take away the stress of finding someone because we have done all the groundwork for you. Every member of our team has been DBS checked, holds the relevant insurance and qualifications, and has excellent references. With a range of strengths and experiences, each Mother's Helper has been meticulously selected to ensure a happy, safe and organised household. Our dedicated team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days of the week so even if you need help in an emergency, no matter what that is, we will be there for you.

How we work

The process is simple..

1. Tell us your requirements via call, Whatsapp or email
2. We arrange for your best suited Mother's Helper to meet you (Free of charge)
3. Your booking is confirmed 
4. Payment is through the company quickly and easily via BACS/bank transfer
